William M. and Cora Fairchild Baker

Cora Fairchild, daughter of James Monroe and Florida Ann Hardin Fairchild, first married a Glass, She then married William M. Baker, a native of Missouri, and they had the following children:

Lucille, b. 1911
Eugene, b. 1914
Wilburn, b. 1926
Marvin Ray, b. 1919
Emma Ruth, b. 1922, who married Jimmie Huntress

Marvin had several chidren, including Bobby Ray Baker, who played minor league baseball and became Superintendent of the Diboll Public Schools.
